German National Visa – Language Course (For Indian Citizens)

Required Documents

•Valid passport (issued within the last 10 years, with at least 2 empty pages)
•Visa application form & declaration (signed, 2 copies)
•Declaration for additional contact and legal representation (signed, 2 copies)
•Two biometric passport photos (recent, identical)
•Copy of passport's data page (A4 size, 2 copies)
•Language Course Confirmation (minimum 18 hours/week, no evening/weekend courses)
•Proof of language course payment.
•
Proof of financial means (one of the following):
- -Blocked account (Sperrkonto) with at least €1,091/month, or
- -Formal obligation letter (Verpflichtungserklärung) from a sponsor in Germany, or
- -Proof of a German/EU scholarship or stipend
•Motivation letter (signed)
•Proof of German knowledge (if applicable)
•Curriculum Vitae (CV)
•Educational certificates (school leaving certificate, university degree, vocational training)
•Employer confirmation (if applicable)
•Travel health insurance (covering the first 90 days from entry)
