•For jobs in STEM (MINT) fields and health professions, or if you graduated within the last 3 years, the lower salary threshold (€43,759.80) applies
•Employment in these fields requires approval from the Federal Employment Agency (BA)
•If you want to work in a regulated profession (e.g., medicine or law), you must obtain a professional practice permit
